Please backup all data on your phone to your external sd card before trying this procedure as everything in your phone will be lost ecept for system files and those in external sd
now Heres the Procedures on how to
Flash you galaxy pocket .
Download These Files :
Odin3v1.87 with PIT.zip :

Samsung Galaxy Firmware : samsung-
updates.com/device/?id=GT-S5300
Steps .
*Do at Your Own Risk and Follow The
Instructions Carefully
*Charge your Phone at atleast 80%
1. Install Samsung USB drivers to
your PC.
2.Extract the Firmware That you want
to install on your Phone.
*use Winrar or 7zip for Extracting
3.Extract the Odin3v1.87 with PIT.zip
*use Winrar or 7zip for Extracting
4. After Installing and Extracting the
files
Open Odin3v1.87.exe Then Click On
PIT BUTTON then Look For S5300_
coriemmc_0117.pit File From The
Odin.zip that you extracted earlier.
5.Click On PDA BUTTON then Look For
tar.md5 From The Firmware that you
extracted earlier.
(In my case its S5300XXLJ4_
S5300OXXLJ3_RST_S5300XXLJ4_
HOME.tar.md5)
6. Turn Off Your Phone and Go to
DOWNLOAD MODE/ODIN MODE By
Holding (Volume DOWN + Home
button + Power Button )
There are two Options
1.Continue
2.Cancel/Restart
press Volume up to continue .
7. Now Connect your device to your
PC using the USB cable. To know that
your Phone is Connected, there is a
Color Yellow in the port box, an
ID:COM that indicates that Your Phone
is detected by ODIN and Click Start !!!
and Dont Touch Your Phone , Dont
Disconnect your usb Cable From your
PC . wait Until The Box Above (the
ID:COM) turns Green And it Says
SUCCESS ! and also Wait For your
Phone To Reboot/Restart
automatically And Thats it !
Congratulations !! you now Change
Your phone's Baseband Version and
your Phone is REVIVE !
*Note: if your Phone is on Bootloop
means your phone's bootanimation is
repeating . Do This Steps :
Turn off your phone or Remove the
Battery and put it back and Go to
Recovery Mode. To go Recovery
mode : HOLD (volume UP + home
button + power Button)
1.Select Wipe Data/factory resets
and select Yes
2.Select Wipe cache partition and
select Yes
3.Select Reboot System Now and
wait your phone to reboot/restart .
and thats it !

my fohn keps asking for an email after it blocked am trying to flash it through this method and its taking long to download why is it so? or it should be connected to the internet?

ReplyDeleteIf that's the case, then all you have to do is hard reset your phone. You can do that by following these steps.
DeleteTurn off the phone
Press & hold volume up +
home button
simultaneously, then
power on the phone
Release volume up +
home button if recovery
menu appear
Scroll down to factory
data reset menu, use
volume down to navigate
and home button to
confirm.
Phone will automatically
restart and now the
phone is on factory state, or navigate to reboot and press home button.
